How to Use MEXC Withdrawal Appeal Form
If you are unable to complete KYC verification on MEXC for special reasons, you can submit a withdrawal appeal form to apply for the withdrawal of assets from your account. This article explains how to use the withdrawal appeal form and what documents are required to help you complete the process smoothly.
1. What is a withdrawal appeal form?
A withdrawal appeal form is an asset withdrawal channel provided by MEXC for users who are unable to complete KYC verification. Once your appeal is approved, your account will only retain withdrawal and position closing permissions, and all other account features will no longer be available.
2. Withdrawal appeal form application process
Follow the steps below to submit your withdrawal appeal:
1. Open the MEXC official website and log in to your personal account, then go to the Help Center.
2. Under Self-Services in the Help Center, find and click Withdrawal Appeal Form.
3. Complete the required information and upload the required documents according to the on-screen instructions.
4. After submitting the application, please wait patiently for the review result.
MEXC reviewers are expected to complete the document review within 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified of the result by email or via an in-app message. From submission to final processing, the full process usually takes around 7 days. Please wait patiently.
3. Required documents for the withdrawal appeal form
When submitting a withdrawal appeal form, you need to prepare two types of documents: a valid government-issued identity document, and a video proof together with the withdrawal application document.
3.1 Identity Document
You need to provide a valid government-issued identity document. Accepted document types include a passport, ID card, or driver's license. Please make sure the document image is clear and that the validity period is visible.
3.2 Video Proof and Withdrawal Application Document
Video recording is a key part of the withdrawal appeal. Please prepare and record it according to the following requirements:
1. Prepare your authentic and valid identity document.
2. Prepare a sheet of white paper and print or handwrite the withdrawal application content on it. You may download the official MEXC template for use.
3. Turn on the video recording function on your phone or camera device and record a short video. During the recording, hold your identity document in one hand and the withdrawal application paper in the other hand. Make sure your full face is visible and unobstructed.
4. Please make sure the recording date of the video matches the date shown on the withdrawal application document.
3.3 File format requirements
Supported video file formats are mp4, mov, and avi, and the file size must not exceed 50 MB. Supported file formats for the withdrawal application document are jpg, png, jpeg, and pdf, and the file size must not exceed 15 MB.
4. Why do I need to submit identity information?
Identity documents are required to protect your funds and account security. Only after verifying your identity can we assist with returning the assets in your account to you. Please rest assured that the identity documents submitted through the withdrawal appeal form are used only for this application review and do not count as completing account KYC verification.
