According to The Block, World Chain will become the first production-grade Layer2 network to transmit complete EIP-7928 block access lists every 200 milliseconds within each flashblock. The upgrade uses BALs to record the accounts and storage slots read or written by a block, allowing validators to verify transactions in parallel across multiple CPU cores.
