To continuously improve the system efficiency and stability, and enhance your user experience, we are planning to conduct a series of system upgrades in the near future.
Please note, to ensure a smooth transition and secure user assets, the withdrawal function will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade period. When you attempt to withdraw assets while the system is upgrading, the system will display a message saying: 'The withdrawal function is under maintenance. Please try again later. ' We anticipate four such pauses, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Currently, we have determined the specific times for the first two upgrades:
1. March 6, 2024, from 13:00 to 13:30 (UTC)
2. March 7, 2024, from 12:00 to 12:30 (UTC)
Regarding the specific times for the subsequent two upgrades, we will notify you through an announcement as soon as they are determined. Please pay close attention to our latest announcements for the most up-to-date information.
Please be aware that the above times are estimates, and actual situations should be verified through the real-time notifications on the withdrawal page. Should there be any changes, we will notify you through announcements and group messages. We will endeavor to minimize the upgrade duration and restore the withdrawal function immediately after the upgrade is complete. During this period, other functions of the affiliate portal will not be affected, and you can continue to use them as usual.
