- Users will be unable to stake and unlock assets in Simple Earn. The involved assets are ETH, BTC, USDC, and USDT；
- The affected services mentioned above will resume after the upgrade is complete.
Upgrade Period:
- 2024-04-11 01:00 - 2024-04-11 02:00 (UTC)
Scope of Impact During the Upgrade Period:
- Users may encounter errors when exporting Futures Limit & Market orders History, Filled History, or Capital Flow;
- When users export the Spot Order History or Spot Trade History, the page shows that the submission is successful, but the export has actually failed;
- Users may fail to export Deposit History, Withdrawal History, Others History, Spot Statement, or Futures Statement;
- For the affected services mentioned above, the impact duration is generally less than 2 minutes. If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, we recommend trying again after 2 minutes.
Important Notes:
- Please rest assured that all user assets are secure during the upgrade;
- Please make financial arrangements in advance to avoid risks arising from market fluctuations during the upgrade period;
- The upgrade duration is an estimate and may deviate from the actual time required;
- If there are significant market fluctuations before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade and make an announcement accordingly;
- A separate announcement will be made after the upgrade is completed.
