RADA Foundation primarily operates its projects through the DAO, which serves as the core of the RADA ecosystem and runs a rookie development program. The foundation supports fundraising and the development and management of the Web3 DAO platform, while the DAO members handle projects within the platform. While the foundation has predetermined the first project for the DAO, the DAO itself makes key decisions. Moreover, any DAO member can propose a new DAO project in the sports/entertainment business and execute it once the proposal is approved through voting.

The mission of RADA’s first project is to revolutionize the football industry by integrating technology, transparency, and accountability into club decision-making. Through the purchase of a football club and the implementation of blockchain technology, the foundation aims to foster fan engagement, preserve club heritage, support youth players, and promote good corporate governance in football management.
