Upgrade Timeline

During the upgrade, Futures Live Trading will remain fully operational. Demo Trading will also remain available, but you may experience the following temporary impacts. Each impact is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes:
- Errors when placing, canceling, or querying orders
- Take-profit (TP), Stop-loss (SL), and price alert triggers may fail
- Temporary delays in order book data for Demo Trading pairs
- Temporary unavailability of position information and alert notifications
If you encounter any of the above issues, please wait a few minutes and try again.
Notes
- Live Futures and Spot trading, deposits, withdrawals, and Buy Crypto service will not be affected.
- The upgrade schedule may be adjusted if necessary. Please refer to official announcements for the latest updates.
An announcement will be published once the upgrade is complete. If significant market volatility occurs before the scheduled upgrade, the maintenance window may be postponed or extended based on market conditions. Any changes will be announced promptly through the official website and community channels.
