MEXC Spot System Upgrade Announcement (March 15)

To improve the user experience of our products, MEXC will be performing an upgrade on the spot system. Details are as follows:

Upgrade Period:

Scope of Impact:

During the upgrade, spot trading for all trading pairs will be suspended, and K-line will also be suspended.
During the upgrade, deposits and withdrawals for all tokens will be suspended.
During the upgrade, users will not be able to perform asset transfers.
During the upgrade, users may not be able to check their assets. If you encounter the above-mentioned issues, we recommend trying again after 1 minute.
During the upgrade, users may not be able to participate in the MEXC Savings.

Important Notes:

Please rest assured that all user assets are secure during the upgrade.
Users will have 5 minutes to cancel existing orders before spot trading resumes. The specific time will be announced separately.
Please make arrangements for your funds in advance to mitigate risks associated with market fluctuations during the upgrade.
The upgrade duration is an estimate and may differ from the actual time required.
In case of significant market fluctuations before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade and issue an announcement accordingly.
All affected services will return to normal once the upgrade is completed, and a separate announcement will be issued.
