Futures System Upgrade Period:
01:00, June 23, 2024 - 01:30, June 23, 2024 (UTC)
Scope of Impact:
- During the upgrade, there may be delays in transfers between your futures account and spot account.
- During the upgrade, there may also be brief delays in data related to your futures positions, orders, and trades.
- During the upgrade, you may receive error notifications when placing orders.
- During the upgrade, there may be brief delays in the K-line chart.
If you encounter these issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes. We recommend trying again after 5 minutes.
Important Notes:
- During the upgrade, features such as Buy Crypto, spot trading, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals will not be affected.
- Please manage your futures positions and orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses.
- An announcement will be made as soon as the upgrade is complete.
- If there are significant market fluctuations before the upgrade, the platform may postpone or extend the upgrade and will make an announcement accordingly.
