An account will be subject to closure only if it meets all of the following criteria:

1. The account has not been accessed for 18 consecutive months prior to the date of this announcement;

2. Since account registration, the account has no record of deposits, trading activity, or withdrawals, and all asset balances, including all supported cryptocurrencies, remain zero.

3. The account has not completed KYC verification.

Please note that only accounts with no assets will be closed. No customer assets will be liquidated, withheld, or otherwise affected as part of this process.

If your account is closed, you may register a new account at any time by following MEXC's standard account registration process. The fees, products, services, and user benefits applicable to your new account will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of registration.
