What Does It Mean to Deposit a Crypto Unsupported by MEXC?MEXC only supports automatic crediting for deposits of crypto listed on the Wallets Overview page using the corresponding blockchain networks. If you accidentally deposited an unsupported crypto or used an unsupported blockchain network for a deposit, MEXC will assist you in manually recovering the assets for a processing fee.Note: Recovery may not be supported for certain crypto/networks.Case A: Depositing Old Futures CryptoMEXC will upgrade or replace crypto based on the project's operational direction, and will no longer support deposits of old futures crypto, such as ZINU/GART, etc. If you deposit these old cryptos, your deposit will not be credited.
