<title>条款与细则</title><ul><li>参与本活动即表示用户已阅读、理解并同意本活动的条款与细则。</li><li>本活动仅限主账号参与，子账号不可作为独立账号参与。子账号的交易量及相关资料将与主账号合并计算。</li><li>用户于相同时间段内，针对同类型活动仅可获得一次奖励，重复奖励将不予发放。</li><li>奖励价值会因市场状况波动，随时可能上升或下降。对于因市场波动导致奖励价值改变，MEXC 不承担任何责任。</li><li>所有获奖用户将接受 MEXC 的风险审核，未通过审核者将不予发放奖励，且奖励恕不补发。MEXC 对奖励发放拥有最终决定权。</li><li>活动期间，MEXC 将监控交易行为，以侦测及防止各种作弊及异常行为，包括但不限于：注册多个账号、使用他人账号或个人资料、提供虚假 KYC 资讯、刻意拉抬交易数据、进行自我洗售或资金洗钱交易、违反活动条款、违反当地法规规定或从事任何非法、欺诈或有害行为。一经查实，MEXC 有权取消该用户的奖励资格。</li><li>本活动不构成亦不应被视为任何产品的买卖推荐或投资建议。数字资产具高度投机性及波动性，且随时可能流动性不足，仅适合风险承受能力较高的投资者，投资者可能损失全部投资本金。所有参与者需自行承担投资决策风险，MEXC 对因此产生的损失不负任何责任。过往表现不代表未来结果。参与者应仅投资其了解且能承受风险的产品，投资前请审慎评估自身经验、财务状况、投资目标及风险承受能力，必要时咨询独立财务顾问。</li><li>MEXC 有权随时修改或更新本活动规则，恕不另行通知，包含但不限于取消、延长或终止本活动，调整用户参与资格、活动及奖励规则。所有参与者须遵守最新修订条款。MEXC 将于可行范围内尽量于重大变更生效前提前通知。MEXC 行使任何酌情权时，将以合理方式处理。</li><li>MEXC 保留本活动的最终解释权。如有疑问，请联络客服团队。</li><li>若本条款英文本与任何翻译版本有不一致或歧异，请以英文版本为准。</li></ul>

Event Rules

  • Participants must click the Register Now button on the event page to be eligible for the event.
  • Participants must complete at least Primary KYC Verification to be eligible for deposit rewards.
  • Market makers and institutional users are not eligible for this event.
  • Eligible deposit methods include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card deposits, P2P trading, and third-party payments. Internal transfers are not counted.
  • Net Deposit = Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals.
  • Futures trades with zero fees are excluded from valid trading volume.
  • Position airdrop rewards will be automatically distributed & opened as 100x leveraged Futures positions in the corresponding trading pair, valued at the indicated reward amount, with randomly assigned directions. Distribution will fail if users already hold positions in the designated pair.
  • Loss coverage only applies to users who experience liquidation during the event period, with a maximum compensation of up to 30 USDT.
  • All physical rewards will be issued in their USDT equivalent: AirPods 4 x2 (360 USDT), Apple Watch Series 11 x2 (690 USDT), Van Cleef & Arpels Perlée Ring Set (2,000 USDT), and 10g Gold Bar x2 (3,650 USDT).
  • Rewards will be distributed within 14 calendar days after the event ends.
  • Each user is eligible to participate in only one event of the same type on the MEXC platform. Any duplicated contract trading volume from repeated participation will be automatically excluded by the system.
  • Participants are guaranteed to win; however, rewards are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Participants may add margin to their awarded positions to increase potential profits, set TP and SL orders on such positions, or choose to close them. Upon closing, if a position generates a profit, the realized profit will be credited to the participant's Futures account, and any remaining margin will be automatically voided. If a position incurs a loss (without additional margin added), the maximum loss shall be limited to the position itself.
