Status 1: ProcessingStatus 2: Pre-CreditingStatus 3: Credited SuccessfullyStatus 4: Forced Deposit ReturnStatus 5: Invalid DepositStatus 6: RestrictedStatus 7: CompletedStatus 1: ProcessingHow to resolve:1) Check whether the required number of block confirmations has been reached. Once confirmed, the funds will be available for withdrawal or transfer.2) Verify whether the deposit channel for the asset is currently open. If it is closed, please wait until it reopens before support can assist further.Status 2: Pre-CreditingHow to resolve:Pre-crediting means the number of confirmations is sufficient for trading but not yet enough for full crediting. During this stage, your assets can be used for trading but cannot be withdrawn. Once the full confirmation requirement is reached, the assets will be fully credited and available for withdrawal. If your deposit is flagged by risk controls, it will not be pre-credited. In that case, the deposit will be credited automatically once it meets the required number of confirmations for full crediting. For more details, please refer to the article "What is Pre-Crediting?"Status 3: Credited SuccessfullyHow to resolve:If the deposit has been successfully credited but the asset is not visible in your account, please check whether the deposit account was selected correctly. If the status shows "Successful" but you still cannot locate the asset, review your internal transfer records. If the asset was deposited into your Futures Wallet, it may have been automatically transferred there. Please check both your Spot and Futures Wallets.Status 4: Forced Deposit ReturnHow to resolve:The delisted asset has been returned. Click the "Forced Deposit Return" button to view the return details. You deposited an asset that is no longer supported by MEXC. The system has automatically returned the asset to the original sending address. Click the "Forced Deposit Return" button to check the return information.Status 5: Invalid DepositHow to resolve:In most cases, if a transfer is recorded multiple times or the actual deposit amount is zero, the system will classify it as an invalid deposit, and it will not be credited to your account. We recommend checking your deposit records and contacting the platform from which the assets were sent to further verify the validity of the transaction. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the MEXC Customer Service team.Status 6: RestrictedHow to resolve:Due to regional regulatory requirements, certain accounts may have limited deposit functionality. If your deposit status shows as "Restricted," please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the required KYC process. Once completed, your deposit function will be restored. If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, you may click the “Return Deposit" option on the page and submit the required information. MEXC will process the asset return within approximately one week.Status 7: CompletedHow to resolve:The restricted funds have been successfully returned. Click to view the return details.

There are two confirmation stages in the deposit crediting process:First confirmation (Pre-crediting): When the user's crypto deposit transaction receives a sufficient number of confirmations on the blockchain network, the funds are pre-credited. Users can trade on MEXC but cannot withdraw, transfer, use fiat withdrawal, send gifts, or transfer between sub-accounts.Second confirmation (Credited Successfully): When the user's crypto deposit transaction receives additional confirmations on the blockchain network, the funds are fully credited. Users can then make normal withdrawals, transfers, and other related operations. This mechanism can significantly improve the speed of deposit crediting, shortening the time from deposit to trading and further enhancing deposit efficiency. If the deposit page for your account no longer displays pre-crediting information, it may be because that deposit network does not currently support pre-crediting.Advantages of Pre-Crediting:Enhanced Security: By waiting for blockchain network confirmations, it prevents fraud such as double-spending and ensures the deposited cryptocurrency is genuine and valid.Improved User Experience: Allows users to trade as soon as the first confirmation is reached, speeding up fund availability and delivering a better overall experience.

1. What is a Crypto Deposit?A crypto deposit refers to the process of transferring digital assets, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or USDT, from an external wallet or platform to your MEXC account via a blockchain network. If you already hold crypto assets on another wallet or platform, here's how to deposit them into MEXC:How to Deposit Crypto to the MEXC Platform (App)How to Deposit Crypto to the MEXC Platform (Website)2. Important Notes Before Depositing Cryptocurrency1) When selecting the transfer network, ensure that the network you choose matches the withdrawal network from the sending platform. For example, if you select the ERC-20 network on MEXC, you must also select ERC-20 on the withdrawal platform. Using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.2) Before proceeding, verify the token contract address. Make sure the contract address of the asset you are depositing matches the token contract address supported by MEXC. Otherwise, your funds may be lost. You can click the end of the contract address shown on the token page to view the full address.3) Some cryptocurrencies require a minimum deposit amount. If the deposited amount is below the required minimum, it will not be credited and cannot be refunded.4) You can choose to deposit tokens into either your Spot Account or Futures Account. Once the deposit account is set, all future deposits will be credited to the selected account by default. If the asset cannot be credited to your Futures Account, it will be automatically deposited into your Spot Account.5) After initiating a deposit, confirmation by blockchain network nodes is required. The confirmation time may vary depending on the network congestion and the specific blockchain.Pre-Crediting: Once the required number of confirmations is reached, the asset becomes available for trading or internal transfers. However, it cannot be withdrawn or externally transferred at this stage.Credited Successfully: Once the required number of confirmations is reached, the asset is available for withdrawal and all transfer operations.
