And Bitnomial is expected to be the first venue to launch under the new framework. Until now, spot crypto trading in the U.S. has lived in a regulatory gray zone. It was supervised indirectly but never explicitly approved. This is the first time that the CFTC has authorized a federally regulated spot market. Metaplanet secured a 50 million dollar loan backed by its existing Bitcoin holdings, according to a new disclosure shared today. The company said the funds will support additional Bitcoin purchases and expand its Bitcoin-based income operations as part of its ongoing treasury strategy. The filing shows that Metaplanet pledged part of its current holdings to obtain the loan instead of issuing new equity or bonds. This structure allows the firm to raise capital while keeping its Bitcoin position intact. It also signals that the company continues to lean heavily on Bitcoin as both a reserve asset and a financing tool. The move follows a series of Bitcoin-focused initiatives from Metaplanet, including earlier bond issuances and ongoing accumulation programs. The bill, House Bill 1042, requires public retirement plans, such as the state’s 529 education savings plan, to offer crypto ETFs to participants.  These plans would also be allowed to invest in these funds voluntarily, providing more diverse investment opportunities. While some public investment programs will be required to include these options, others will have a choice. This legislation marks a major step toward integrating digital assets into public funds in the state. In het eerste scenario wijst de Bitcoin koers het EMA 50 niveau af. Dat kan een terugval opleveren richting het prijsgebied tussen $85.000 en $92.000. Volgens hem wordt de structuur zwakker wanneer de prijs een week onder $99.553 sluit. Een reeks van lagere toppen op de dagelijkse grafiek kan die zwakte verder bevestigen. Eerdere cyclische consolidaties lieten vaak eenzelfde patroon zien. In het tweede scenario breekt de prijs overtuigend boven de EMA 50. FlorinCharts zegt dat een candle met voldoende volume boven dit niveau de brede opwaartse trend kan herstellen. Dit kan volgens hem ruimte bieden richting de prijszones tussen $120.000 en $128.000. Dagelijkse hogere bodems bevestigen dit beeld verder en geven aan dat de bulls opnieuw de controle krijgen. FlorinCharts schat in dat de kans op een kortdurende koersdaling nog steeds groot is, zo rond de 70%. Hij benadrukt daarbij dat deze koersbeweging vooral tijdelijk lijkt en past in een fase waarin de markt druk opbouwt richting een grotere koersuitbraak. De weerstandszone tussen $93.000 en $95.000 blijft in zijn analyse de basis van het huidige koersgedrag. Wat betekent dit allemaal voor de Bitcoin koers in de komende weken Het samenspel van de BTC ETF instroom, grote short liquiditeitszones en de technische compressie rond de oplopende trendlijn bepaalt de volgende grote koersbeweging. De Bitcoin markt reageert nu vooral op de vraag of de dagelijkse candles uiteindelijk boven $95.000 sluiten, of dat de BTC prijs opnieuw terugzakt richting het lagere prijsbereik. De 50-weekse EMA blijft daarnaast een belangrijk richtpunt voor institutionele partijen en kan de richting van de trend bepalen zodra er een duidelijke candle boven of onder verschijnt. De huidige Bitcoin structuur laat vooral zien dat de markt dichter bij een grotere koersbeweging komt. Of de BTC koers omhoog of omlaag beweegt, hangt met name af van hoe de prijs reageert op de weerstandszone en de 50-weekse EMA. De signalen uit BTC ETF data en liquiditeitsmaps blijven daarom bepalend voor het vervolg, omdat deze factoren zichtbaar invloed hebben op de grotere candles en de bredere trendvorming van de Bitcoin koers.
