XRP Delivers Impressive ETF Volumes But Digitap ($TAP) is the King of Cross-Border Payments in 2026

However, a new competitor has entered the cross-border payment space. Digitap ($TAP) combines blockchain settlement with traditional banking accessibility, and its crypto presale is gaining momentum with almost $4 million raised. The best altcoin to buy in 2026 may not be the one making the most noise, but the one solving real-world problems today.

XRP Gains Institutional Traction Through ETF Products

XRP has secured a strong position in institutional investment. Grayscale’s GXRP, Canary Capital’s XRPC, and ProShares’ UXRP now trade on major exchanges, giving investors regulated exposure. These products attracted consistent capital since mid-November 2025, with inflows surpassing $1 billion.

This institutional appetite stems directly from regulatory clarity. The 2025 Ripple-SEC settlement removed adoption barriers that had plagued XRP for years. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse made the announcement on X, confirming that the case, which began in December 2020, has officially come to an end. “This case is over,” he declared, reflecting on what he described as a baseless lawsuit from the start. “Ripple was not only on the right side of the law, but we have now been proven to be on the right side of history.” Exchanges that previously delisted the token began offering it again, and confidence returned to the market. The result was immediate. XRP outpaced Bitcoin and Ethereum in percentage gains during Q1 2026.

However, recent market activity suggests the momentum may be cooling. After weeks of consistent inflows, XRP ETFs recorded their first net outflow of $40 million. Daily inflows remain positive but modest compared to the initial surge. The question now is whether XRP can sustain its gains without deeper ecosystem development.

Digitap Delivers Real-World Utility With a Live Omni-Bank

Most crypto projects promise disruption. Digitap delivers it. The platform operates as a fully functional omni-bank right now, not next quarter or after the next funding round. Anyone can open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, download the app, and start moving money across borders in minutes.

The Visa partnership puts Digitap cards in the hands of millions of merchants worldwide. Crypto converts to local currency at the moment of purchase. Apple Pay and Google Pay integration means payments happen with a tap of a phone. This makes Digitap the best altcoin to buy for users who need immediate access to working financial tools.

Freelancers in emerging markets can accept crypto payments and use them to pay rent the same day. Small businesses can manage payroll across borders without wire transfer fees or delays. Cross-border transactions that used to take three to five business days and cost 6% or more now settle in seconds for a fraction of that price.

How $TAP Burns Its Way to Scarcity

The $TAP token powers Digitap with a fixed supply of 2 billion tokens. No additional minting will occur. 50% of all platform profits flow into burns and buybacks, which creates deflationary pressure. As transaction volume increases, circulating supply decreases. This positions $TAP as a strong crypto to buy for investors who understand that scarcity drives long-term value.

Staking offers competitive returns. Presale participants earn up to 124% APR, and post-launch stakers earn up to 100% APR. These rewards come from a pre-allocated pool, which preserves scarcity. Early exit penalties apply to stakers who withdraw before the lockup period, with up to 25% of unclaimed rewards burned.

The token unlocks practical benefits. Transaction fee discounts reduce costs when payments are made in $TAP. Cashback programs return spending as $TAP tokens. VIP benefits provide enhanced rates and priority support. This makes $TAP the best altcoin to buy for those seeking utility beyond speculation.

The $TAP Crypto Presale Delivers a Finished Product at a Discount

The current crypto presale price for $TAP is $0.0427. The token launched at $0.0125, which represents a large % increase. The presale has raised almost $4 million, with more than 186 million tokens sold. These milestones matter because they separate projects that survive from projects that collapse.

USE THE CODE “TAPPER20” FOR 20% OFF FIRST-TIME PURCHASES

Most crypto presale projects sell a vision. Digitap sells access to a live platform. The app is functional and audited by Solidproof and Coinsult. The presale funds scale and global expansion. Early participants gain access at a discounted price before mainstream awareness. This is a top crypto to buy for anyone seeking proven products over promises.

XRP Bet on Institutions — Digitap Bet on Real People and Won

XRP has established itself as an institutional favorite, but institutional interest alone does not guarantee sustained growth. ETF inflows provide validation but do not create network effects. XRP remains dependent on exchange liquidity and regulatory goodwill.

Digitap operates differently. The platform bridges crypto and fiat. The live app, Visa partnership, and offshore banking give users tools they can use today. The deflationary model and staking rewards create incentives for holding. For investors evaluating the best crypto to buy in 2026, Digitap offers immediate functionality that XRP cannot match.

The window to participate at presale pricing is closing. The launch price of $0.14 sits much higher than the current level. Digitap is ready to scale, and the platform is already operational. Cross-border payments do not need another speculation vehicle; they need working infrastructure, and Digitap delivers it today.

Fed rate decision September 2025

The post Fed rate decision September 2025 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. WASHINGTON – The Federal Reserve on Wednesday approved a widely anticipated rate cut and signaled that two more are on the way before the end of the year as concerns intensified over the U.S. labor market. In an 11-to-1 vote signaling less dissent than Wall Street had anticipated, the Federal Open Market Committee lowered its benchmark overnight lending rate by a quarter percentage point. The decision puts the overnight funds rate in a range between 4.00%-4.25%. Newly-installed Governor Stephen Miran was the only policymaker voting against the quarter-point move, instead advocating for a half-point cut. Governors Michelle Bowman and Christopher Waller, looked at for possible additional dissents, both voted for the 25-basis point reduction. All were appointed by President Donald Trump, who has badgered the Fed all summer to cut not merely in its traditional quarter-point moves but to lower the fed funds rate quickly and aggressively. In the post-meeting statement, the committee again characterized economic activity as having “moderated” but added language saying that “job gains have slowed” and noted that inflation “has moved up and remains somewhat elevated.” Lower job growth and higher inflation are in conflict with the Fed’s twin goals of stable prices and full employment.  “Uncertainty about the economic outlook remains elevated” the Fed statement said. “The Committee is attentive to the risks to both sides of its dual mandate and judges that downside risks to employment have risen.” Markets showed mixed reaction to the developments, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up more than 300 points but the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite posting losses. Treasury yields were modestly lower. At his post-meeting news conference, Fed Chair Jerome Powell echoed the concerns about the labor market. “The marked slowing in both the supply of and demand for workers is unusual in this less dynamic…

3 Paradoxes of Altcoin Season in September

3 Paradoxes of Altcoin Season in September

The post 3 Paradoxes of Altcoin Season in September appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Analyses and data indicate that the crypto market is experiencing its most active altcoin season since early 2025, with many altcoins outperforming Bitcoin. However, behind this excitement lies a paradox. Most retail investors remain uneasy as their portfolios show little to no profit. This article outlines the main reasons behind this situation. Altcoin Market Cap Rises but Dominance Shrinks Sponsored TradingView data shows that the TOTAL3 market cap (excluding BTC and ETH) reached a new high of over $1.1 trillion in September. Yet the share of OTHERS (excluding the top 10) has declined since 2022, now standing at just 8%. OTHERS Dominance And TOTAL3 Capitalization. Source: TradingView. In past cycles, such as 2017 and 2021, TOTAL3 and OTHERS.D rose together. That trend reflected capital flowing not only into large-cap altcoins but also into mid-cap and low-cap ones. The current divergence shows that capital is concentrated in stablecoins and a handful of top-10 altcoins such as SOL, XRP, BNB, DOG, HYPE, and LINK. Smaller altcoins receive far less liquidity, making it hard for their prices to return to levels where investors previously bought. This creates a situation where only a few win while most face losses. Retail investors also tend to diversify across many coins instead of adding size to top altcoins. That explains why many portfolios remain stagnant despite a broader market rally. Sponsored “Position sizing is everything. Many people hold 25–30 tokens at once. A 100x on a token that makes up only 1% of your portfolio won’t meaningfully change your life. It’s better to make a few high-conviction bets than to overdiversify,” analyst The DeFi Investor said. Altcoin Index Surges but Investor Sentiment Remains Cautious The Altcoin Season Index from Blockchain Center now stands at 80 points. This indicates that over 80% of the top 50 altcoins outperformed…

Bitcoin devs cheer block reconstruction stats, ignore security budget concerns

Bitcoin devs cheer block reconstruction stats, ignore security budget concerns

The post Bitcoin devs cheer block reconstruction stats, ignore security budget concerns appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. This morning, Bitcoin Core developers celebrated improved block reconstruction statistics for node operators while conveniently ignoring the reason for these statistics — the downward trend in fees for Bitcoin’s security budget. Reacting with heart emojis and thumbs up to a green chart showing over 80% “successful compact block reconstructions without any requested transactions,” they conveniently omitted red trend lines of the fees that Bitcoin users pay for mining security which powered those green statistics. Block reconstructions occur when a node requests additional information about transactions within a compact block. Although compact blocks allow nodes to quickly relay valid bundles of transactions across the internet, the more frequently that nodes can reconstruct without extra, cumbersome transaction requests from their peers is a positive trend. Because so many nodes switched over in August to relay transactions bidding 0.1 sat/vB across their mempools, nodes now have to request less transaction data to reconstruct blocks containing sub-1 sat/vB transactions. After nodes switched over in August to accept and relay pending transactions bidding less than 1 sat/vB, disparate mempools became harmonized as most nodes had a better view of which transactions would likely join upcoming blocks. As a result, block reconstruction times improved, as nodes needed less information about these sub-1 sat/vB transactions. In July, several miners admitted that user demand for Bitcoin blockspace had persisted at such a low that they were willing to accept transaction fees of just 0.1 satoshi per virtual byte — 90% lower than their prior 1 sat/vB minimum. With so many blocks partially empty, they succumbed to the temptation to accept at least something — even 1 billionth of one bitcoin (BTC) — rather than $0 to fill up some of the excess blockspace.
