AboitizPower Introduces Billease Flexible Utility Payments on MobileAP

AboitizPower has expanded the payment capabilities of its MobileAP platform by introducing Billease via the QR Ph national standard.

Customers across five major distribution utilities now have access to more flexible options for settling their electricity bills.

Coverage includes Visayan Electric, Davao Light, Cotabato Light, Subic EnerZone, and Lima EnerZone.

Payment features allow users to settle bills with 0% interest until their next payday or convert balances into instalments of up to six months.

 Service fees are not applied to QR Ph transactions, and no minimum bill amount is required to use the service. Integration through QR Ph ensures secure and interoperable payments nationwide.

Melody Lim, Head of Customer Experience at AboitizPower, stated that offering accessible and flexible pay-later options enables millions of households to better manage their finances.

Users can begin using the feature immediately by selecting Billease as their payment method within the MobileAP app.

An instantly generated QR code is then scanned or uploaded within the Billease app to complete the transaction.

The move represents a shift toward nationwide modernisation in utility payments, reaching households in Cebu, Davao, Cotabato, Subic, and Batangas.

Accessible digital financial services allow millions of Filipino households to manage essential electricity payments with greater control.
