Crypto News Exciting news for the crypto world as the Fed announces an October conference on crypto innovations and $BEST goes viral. The US appears to be doubling down on its new pro-crypto stance in a bid to position itself as the world leader in blockchain finance. On October 21st, the Federal Reserve will host a conference focusing on stablecoins, decentralized finance, AI, and tokenization. Fed Governor Christopher Waller released a press release on Wednesday identifying the need to prioritize the cutting edge of financial technologies. The road to widespread crypto adoption needs policymakers to clear the path, but accessibility for the average user is just as important. Lowering the barrier to entry for Web3 is essential, which is why Best Wallet is such a timely project. We’ll take a look at how its native token $BEST powers the Best Wallet app. But first, let’s discuss the future of American crypto policy. FED Spearheads the Digital Payments Discussion Waller said he’s looking forward to ‘examining the opportunities and challenges of new technologies, bringing together ideas on how to improve the safety and efficiency of payments, and hearing from those helping to shape the future of payments.’ Alt Text: The full press release for the Federal Reserve board announcing a payments innovation conference How is America Leading in the Crypto Space? America’s leadership in the cryptocurrency space is a pivot away from the crypto-unfriendly policies of the Biden era, with the Trump administration spearheading the way with strategic policy initiatives. The GENIUS act has clarified the regulatory framework for stablecoins, giving investors confidence to adopt both existing and new stablecoin projects. The establishment of a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve has also demonstrated the US government’s commitment to $BTC as a long-term store-of-value. Novogratz Backs AI Agents, DeepSnitch AI Rockets

Novogratz Backs AI Agents, DeepSnitch AI Rockets

The post Novogratz Backs AI Agents, DeepSnitch AI Rockets appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz, in a recent interview with Bloomberg, predicted that AI agents will soon become the biggest users of stablecoins. Many consider this an interesting perspective, but most importantly, it creates a shift in how many expect the crypto economy to change, with stablecoins not just serving humans but entire AI systems. That backdrop makes the current market conversation around the best AI crypto to buy now even more urgent. Newer projects are emerging with better narratives for the coming wave of AI adoption. Among them, DeepSnitch AI is becoming one of the best AI presale tokens of 2025. Its focus on real-world trading utility and retail protection stands out in a market where many AI tokens still pitch abstract future promises. Novogratz on AI and stablecoins  In his interview, Mike Novogratz outlined a vision where AI agents move beyond simple chat interfaces into autonomous financial actors. He suggested that in just a few years, the most active stablecoin users won’t be people but AI agents.  In essence, these agents will handle transactions on behalf of their human counterparts. Imagine an AI that knows your grocery preferences, monitors your diet, and automatically executes purchases. They would do all this without requiring you to log into an app or swipe a card. Instead of sending traditional wire instructions or using consumer apps like Venmo, these agents would default to stablecoins. This forecast is especially relevant as both the US and Europe are tightening regulatory frameworks for stablecoins. In Washington, lawmakers recently advanced the GENIUS Act to establish oversight for dollar-backed tokens. Meanwhile, in Europe, European Central Bank president Christine Lagarde has urged caution around non-EU stablecoins operating within the bloc.  But the bottom line is simple: if Novogratz is right, the increase in stablecoin transactions will be led…

Ukraine, green light for 23% on crypto

Ukraine, green light for 23% on crypto

The post Ukraine, green light for 23% on crypto appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Kyiv, September 3, 2025 — Strong signal from the Ukrainian Parliament: in first reading the Verkhovna Rada has approved a bill that provides for a levy of up to 23% on profits from digital assets, combining an income tax of 18% and an additional 5% allocated to military costs, as reported by Verkhovna Rada. According to data collected by our desk and parliamentary records, the vote in the first reading took place on September 3, 2025, and recorded 246 votes in favor. Industry analysts observe that the combination of an 18% income tax and a 5% military tax seems designed to increase revenue allocated to defense while still allowing room for technical regulation in the second reading. In cross-checks with official communications from the Rada and notes from the National Bank of Ukraine, the text is still subject to operational amendments before final approval. In brief: rates, votes, and what changes immediately Base rate: income tax at 18% applied to cryptocurrency gains. Additional withdrawal: 5% military tax (bringing the potential withdrawal to 23%), as reported by official sources. Transitional facilitation: 5% on fiat conversions in the first year from the effective date, to support the regularization and emergence of capital. Initial exemptions: the draft includes favorable regimes for crypto-to-crypto exchanges and for stablecoins, to be confirmed in the subsequent legislative phase. Vote: a vote of 246 yes is recorded in first reading. Status of the process: the text remains editable before the second reading. How the Withdrawal Would Work: Operational Rules In the current framework, the profits generated from the sale or conversion of digital assets are taxable. The combination of income tax (18%) and military tax (5%) results in a potential levy of 23% on gains. It should be noted that the draft also introduces a reduced rate of…
