1. Merchant Center Upgrade

To help merchants manage their performance more efficiently and improve their overall operating experience, the MEXC P2P Merchant Center has been upgraded.

The new Merchant Center brings together merchant levels, growth missions, operating tools, and platform support, allowing merchants to view their performance data, exclusive missions, and reward rules more clearly.

Please update the MEXC app to version 6.78 or later to access all features of the upgraded Merchant Center.

2. What Merchants Can View in the Merchant Center

You can access the following sections:
  • Levels: View your current merchant level, benefits, and progress.
  • Missions: View daily missions, merchant tier missions, new merchant missions, weekly ranking missions, cumulative rewards, and reward details.
  • Tools: Manage your security deposit and other merchant tools.
  • Support: Access dedicated merchant support services.

3. Missions and Reward Rules

3.1 Merchant Tier Missions

Eligible merchants can view missions for upgrading to Prime Merchant or Legacy Merchant, maintaining Prime or Legacy status, and retaining the applicable level for a specified number of consecutive periods. BIZ Merchants are not eligible for these missions.

Level reward rules:

1)Level-up rewards: Merchants who upgrade to Prime Merchant or Legacy Merchant and meet the requirements displayed on the event page can receive the corresponding level-up reward. Each account can receive the Prime Merchant level-up reward and Legacy Merchant level-up reward only once. If a merchant is downgraded and later upgrades to the same level again, the corresponding level-up reward will not be issued again.

2)Consistency rewards: MEXC evaluates whether merchants maintain their level during each assessment period. Merchants who meet the requirements for the applicable level throughout the period can receive the corresponding consistency reward.

3)Streak rewards: Merchants who maintain the applicable level for the required number of consecutive periods can receive a streak reward. If the consecutive status is interrupted, the accumulated progress will reset.

4)Reward standards: The specific requirements, assessment periods, and reward amounts for tier missions are subject to the latest information displayed on the Merchant Center mission page, event page, or official MEXC announcements.

3.2 Daily Missions

Daily missions encourage merchants to keep their ads online and complete genuine transactions. Eligible merchants can view their progress for the current day and cumulative completed days in the Merchant Center.

Eligibility: Daily missions are available to MEXC P2P merchants, including Verified Merchants, Prime Merchants, Legacy Merchants, and BIZ Merchants.

Completion requirements:
Merchants must meet both the required advertisement online duration and the required number of sell orders completed as a maker. Orders are counted based on their actual completion time. Periods during which an ad is hidden or delisted do not count toward its online duration.

Accumulation rules:
1)The daily tracking period runs from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 UTC.
2)Each completed daily mission adds one day to the merchant's cumulative progress. Once the mission has been completed for the specified number of consecutive days, the corresponding consecutive completion status will appear on the page.
3)If a merchant misses the mission for an allowable grace period, previously accumulated days may be retained according to the rules displayed on the page. If the mission remains incomplete for the specified number of consecutive days, the accumulated progress will reset.
4)If a merchant withdraws from the merchant program, all accumulated daily mission progress will be cleared. If the user later rejoin, progress must be accumulated from the beginning.
5)Daily mission progress may be subject to data processing delays. Please refer to the final information displayed in the Merchant Center.
6)Cumulative milestones and reward amounts for daily missions are subject to the Merchant Center mission page and applicable event rules.

3.3 New Merchant Missions

To encourage newly approved merchants to begin operating promptly, MEXC assigns exclusive missions to eligible new merchants.

Eligibility:
New merchant missions are available only to accounts that become Verified Merchants for the first time after the Merchant Center feature launched. Eligible BIZ Merchants may also participate.

Accounts that previously held merchant status are not eligible, even if they withdrew and later applied to become merchants again. Each account may participate only once.

Completion requirements and rewards:
Post a new advertisement and complete at least one order worth more than 10 USDT through that ad. Orders generated by ads published before the user became a merchant do not count toward the mission.

Merchants who complete the new merchant mission will receive a 2 USDT reward. The mission status may take several minutes to update.

3.4 Weekly Trading Volume Leaderboard

Weekly trading volume leaderboard is available in selected fiat zones to display merchant performance within each zone. Eligible merchants may receive weekly leaderboard rewards.

Eligibility: Weekly trading volume leaderboard is available to P2P merchants in designated fiat zones, including Verified Merchants, Prime Merchants, Legacy Merchants, and BIZ Merchants.

Ranking rules:
1)Rankings are based on genuine trading volume generated when a merchant sells crypto as a maker. Trading volume is converted into USDT for ranking purposes.
2)The ranking period runs from Monday at 00:00:00 UTC to Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC. Orders are counted based on their completion time, and ranking data is updated hourly.
3)The fiat currency used in each order must match the merchant's fiat zone. Depending on the fiat zone, the top 10 to 15 merchants will be displayed.
4)Before rewards are distributed, MEXC will identify and exclude abnormal, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transaction data.

Reward requirements:
To qualify for a weekly leaderboard reward, a merchant must achieve an eligible ranking, meet the minimum maker sell trading volume required for the ranking, and comply with all platform event rules and risk review requirements.

If two or more merchants record the same trading volume, MEXC will break ties using the following criteria in order: number of unique counterparties, then total completed orders.

Eligible fiat currencies, qualifying rankings, minimum trading volume requirements, and reward amounts are subject to the latest information displayed in the Merchant Center, event details, and official MEXC announcements.

3.5 Reward Distribution

1)All eligible rewards (including level, mission, new merchant, and leaderboard rewards) are calculated by MEXC and distributed within the first five business days of each month.

2)Rewards will be credited to the merchant's Spot account.

3)Reward eligibility is determined based on MEXC's final calculation. Merchants must satisfy all requirements for the applicable mission or ranking and comply with the MEXC P2P user agreement, merchant rules, and risk review requirements.

4)If abnormal transactions, fraudulent orders, volume manipulation, wash trading, or other violations are detected, MEXC reserves the right to revoke the merchant's mission eligibility, ranking eligibility, rewards, and related merchant benefits. MEXC may adjust mission requirements, reward standards, and distribution arrangements based on operational and risk review needs.

MEXC appreciates the continued support of all P2P merchants. Visit the Merchant Center to view your level benefits, missions, and rewards.
