Compared to the previous generation S8G3, overall CPU performance has improved by 36%, while web operation response speed has increased by 76%. Multitasking or high-load applications can have more stable responses under this architecture. The GPU uses the Adreno series with added slice architecture, and with increased clock speeds, graphics processing and gaming performance have improved by about 11%. Qualcomm points out that this repositioning of the 8 series aims to allow more models to use high-end specifications and provide more consistent performance in speed and AI interaction for mobile devices.
