What Crypto Analysts Are Saying About Aptos

Recent analyst predictions for APT have maintained a cautiously optimistic outlook despite current market weakness. Felix Pinkston noted on March 7 that "APT trades at $0.95 with neutral RSI and mixed signals. Technical analysis suggests potential rally to $1.05-$1.24 resistance levels despite current bearish momentum."

Alvin Lang reinforced this Aptos forecast on March 9, stating that "Aptos (APT) trades at $0.95 with neutral RSI at 44.15. Technical analysis suggests potential rally to $1.05-$1.24 resistance levels despite mixed momentum signals."

More recently, Caroline Bishop provided an updated APT price prediction on March 11: "Aptos (APT) shows bullish potential despite current bearish momentum, with analysts targeting $1.05-$1.24 by March end. Technical analysis reveals neutral RSI at 44.91 and key resistance at $1.03."

The consensus among these analysts suggests that while APT faces near-term headwinds, the technical setup supports a potential recovery toward the $1.05-$1.24 range by month-end.

APT Technical Analysis Breakdown

Current technical indicators for Aptos present a mixed but potentially constructive picture. APT is trading at $0.91, down 1.19% in the past 24 hours, with the daily trading range spanning from $0.98 to $0.91.

The RSI reading of 41.28 indicates neutral conditions with a slight oversold bias, suggesting selling pressure may be exhausting. The MACD histogram at 0.0000 shows bearish momentum has stalled, though the overall MACD remains negative at -0.0333.

Bollinger Band analysis reveals APT is positioned at 0.34 relative to the bands, trading closer to the lower band ($0.84) than the upper band ($1.04). This positioning often signals oversold conditions that can precede bounce attempts.

Moving averages paint a longer-term bearish picture, with APT trading below the 7-day SMA ($0.93), 20-day SMA ($0.94), and significantly below the 50-day SMA ($1.06). The 200-day SMA at $2.52 highlights the substantial distance from previous highs.

Key support levels are identified at $0.89 (immediate) and $0.86 (strong), while resistance sits at $0.96 (immediate) and $1.01 (strong).

Aptos Price Targets: Bull vs Bear Case

Bullish Scenario

The bullish case for this APT price prediction hinges on a break above immediate resistance at $0.96, which would target the strong resistance zone at $1.01. A confirmed breakout above $1.01 could trigger the analyst-projected rally toward $1.05-$1.24.

Technical confirmation would require the RSI to break above 50, indicating momentum shift from neutral to bullish territory. Additionally, MACD would need to cross above the signal line and move into positive territory.

The Aptos forecast becomes increasingly bullish if price can reclaim the 20-day SMA at $0.94 and sustain above this level, potentially setting up a test of the 50-day SMA at $1.06.

Bearish Scenario

The bearish scenario unfolds if APT fails to hold immediate support at $0.89, which could trigger a decline toward strong support at $0.86. A break below this critical level might expose APT to further downside toward the lower Bollinger Band at $0.84.

Risk factors include the persistent bearish MACD signal and APT's position below key moving averages. The low Stochastic readings (%K at 5.97, %D at 4.78) suggest oversold conditions, but these can persist longer than expected in trending markets.

Should You Buy APT? Entry Strategy

Based on current technical analysis, potential entry points for APT include:

Aggressive Entry: Current levels around $0.91, with a stop-loss below $0.86 (strong support). This approach capitalizes on potential oversold bounce conditions.

Conservative Entry: Wait for a break above $0.96 (immediate resistance) with increased volume before entering, targeting the $1.01-$1.05 range.

Stop-Loss Strategy: Place stops below $0.86 to limit downside risk, representing approximately 5-6% below current levels.

Risk management remains crucial given APT's recent volatility, with the Average True Range (ATR) at $0.06 indicating significant daily price swings.

Conclusion

This APT price prediction suggests cautious optimism for Aptos over the coming weeks. While current technical indicators show mixed signals, the oversold conditions and analyst targets of $1.05-$1.24 provide a constructive framework for potential upside.

The key catalyst for this Aptos forecast will be APT's ability to reclaim the $0.96 resistance level and sustain above key moving averages. Traders should monitor volume patterns and momentum indicators for confirmation of any breakout attempts.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…
