In a significant move, federal regulators have come to an agreement on clarifying the oversight of digital assets in the United States. On March 11, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) established a memorandum of understanding, setting out clear roles and responsibilities for regulating the cryptocurrency markets.
