PANews reported on March 9 that, according to Lookonchain monitoring, two gold whales have taken profits in the past two days, selling a total of about $40 million worth of gold.

Over the past two days, 0x8C08 and 0xdfcA (suspected to belong to the same whale) sold 5,250 XAUT tokens ($26.91 million) at an average price of $5,125 and 560 PAXG tokens ($2.9 million) at an average price of $5,173, making a profit of $5.32 million.
Six hours ago, another whale, 0x8844, sold 1,934 XAUT tokens (worth $9.74 million) at an average price of $5,037, making a profit of $1.74 million.
