According to Odaily Planet Daily, Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission has proposed new stablecoin rules that would allow customers of licensed crypto platforms to deposit and withdraw stablecoins only through their own verified accounts or wallets, while prohibiting direct transfers to third-party wallets. The draft would also cap daily stablecoin inflows and outflows at THB 5 million per person per platform, equivalent to roughly $150,000. The proposal is intended to strengthen fund-source identification and account controls. It is currently under public consultation, with comments due by September 25, and has not yet taken effect.
Long.xyz Founder: Pre-IPO Launch Has Added About 10,000 Asset Issuances, With Issuance Limits to Be Continuously Adjusted
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Long.xyz founder Nate said the platform has added about 10,000 asset issuances since launching its Pre-IPO feature. Without ticker locking and client-side issuance limits, daily issuance could potentially reach 100,000 assets, increasing bot usage, FOMO trading, and inflated activity metrics. The team plans to add asset-discovery filters that allow users to screen projects based on whale concentration, asset age, and antifragility, while directing liquidity and capital toward stronger and more differentiated assets.
