What's Changing?
Starting Aug 20, 2026:
• TAO Flexible Savings will remain accessible. Existing users do not need to re-stake their TAO assets.
• TAO held in Flexible Savings will participate in on-chain staking under the updated product mechanism.
• The product page will display an "On-Chain Staking" label and additional information about the staking mechanism.
• The APR may change based on market conditions and actual on-chain staking yields. Please refer to the product page for the latest applicable APR.
What Do I Need to Do?
If you wish to continue holding TAO in Flexible Savings:
No action is required. Your TAO staking will automatically follow the updated product mechanism from August 20.
If you do not wish to participate in on-chain staking:
Please redeem your TAO from Flexible Savings before the update takes effect by following the instructions on the product page.
How Does On-Chain Staking Work?
Under the updated mechanism, eligible TAO assets held in Flexible Savings will participate in staking on the relevant blockchain network. Staking rewards are generated according to the network's rules and reflected in the product's applicable yields. Actual returns may vary depending on network conditions, staking yields, and other relevant factors.
