MEXC will support the NEO (NEO) token migration from the NEO network to the NEO3 network with the following arrangements:
- NEO deposits on the NEO network have been closed.
- NEO withdrawals will close on June 27, 2025, 06:00 (UTC).
- NEO trading will not be affected during the token migration.
- The NEO token swap will be executed at a 1:1 ratio.
- The token ticker will remain unchanged after the token migration.
Important Notes
- MEXC will not support token swaps for NEO tokens on the NEO network deposited after the deposit closure.
- MEXC will provide support to users holding NEO tokens on the NEO network in their MEXC accounts, assisting with any technical issues that may arise.
- MEXC no longer supports deposits for NEO tokens on the NEO network after the token swap. Please make confirmation before depositing tokens to avoid any asset losses.
- A separate announcement will be made after the token migration is completed.
