MEXC will support the Maker (MKR) token swap and rebranding to Sky (SKY) with the following arrangements:
- Deposits, withdrawals, and spot trading of MKR will be closed on Sept 8, 2025, 03:00 (UTC).
- The token swap will be executed at a ratio of 1 (MKR) : 24,000 (SKY).
- MKR tokens will assume the ticker of SKY on MEXC after the token swap.
Important Notes
- MEXC will not swap MKR tokens deposited after deposit closure.
- MEXC will provide support to users holding MKR tokens in their MEXC accounts, assisting with any technical issues that may arise.
- MEXC will no longer support deposits for old MKR tokens once the token swap is complete. Please confirm the token type before depositing to avoid any asset losses.
- A separate announcement will be made after the token swap is complete.
