To provide a better futures trading experience, the MEXC platform’s futures demo trading market will undergo a system upgrade according to the following schedule:
Futures Demo Trading System Upgrade Period:

During the futures system upgrade, futures live trading and futures demo trading can be conducted normally. However, the following inconveniences may occur:
Scope of Impact:
During the upgrade, users may encounter errors when placing orders, canceling orders, or querying on the futures demo trading page.
During the upgrade, TP/SL orders set by users in futures demo trading may fail to trigger.
During the upgrade, there may be delays in the order book trading pair data in futures demo trading.
During the upgrade, users may experience failures when setting price alerts in futures demo trading.
During the upgrade, the price alerts set in futures demo trading may fail to trigger.
If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes. We recommend trying again after 5 minutes.
Important Notes:
During the upgrade, features such as futures live trading, crypto buying, spot trading, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals are not affected.
We will announce the completion of the upgrade work as soon as possible.
In the event of significant market fluctuations prior to the upgrade, the platform will adjust the upgrade schedule based on market conditions and provide timely announcements regarding any postponements or extensions. Please refer to the official website announcement for the latest information.
